Contingency
search
The contingency search is the arrangement
most frequently used by EXEK and our long-standing
clients. Based on the employer's requirements,
we conduct an in-depth search, with payment
of search fees due only upon the hiring
of a referred candidate.

Retainer
search
Assignments are generally reserved for
rush or extremely sensitive assignments
and typically involve a partial advanced
payment that gives priority to your assignment.
The full payment is not contingent upon
placement. Fees for retained search are
open to negotiation.

Container
search
The container search arrangement involves
an engagement fee, paid in advance to
offset expenses of a search. Where a placement
is made, the container fee is deducted
from the overall search fee.
