searching for new positions or who have
requested confidential treatment of their
job search, many of the candidate listings
in the Top Echelon databank do not appear
in publicly-available, multi-category
databases on the Internet.
The
candidate databank includes two databases—one
containing approximately 46,000 pre-screened
resumes and information on hard-to-find
candidates and a second, the Internet
candidate pool, containing approximately
845,000 resumes and profiles.
The
national databank also brings over 4200
regularly updated job listings to the
attention of 1400+ Top Echelon affiliated
professional recruiters across the country.
