Throughout the recruitment and placement
process, we work with applicants and client
companies to gather pertinent information,
facilitate arrangements, and ensure a good
match. Our goal is to provide candidates,
who have the potential to go on and exceed
our clients' expectations in on-the-job
performance.
Pre-qualification
of candidates
We personally contact every candidate
who meets our clients' minimum requirements
and thoroughly pre-qualify them prior
to submission to a client company. We
sell the applicant on the company and
its community and on what the job opportunity
will mean in the candidate's career. Our
pre-qualification process ensures that
all EXEK candidates will be genuinely
interested in the opportunity presented
and willing to join the client company's
team.
Information beyond
the resume
It is our job to take the mystery out
of the hiring process. Prior to the interview,
we give the client company important information
not ordinarily available on the applicant's
resume--motivations, reasons for job changes,
general career aspirations, what the candidate
seeks in a particular opportunity, present
income, desired compensation, etc. In
short, we provide any information about
an applicant that is critical to our client's
evaluation process.
Facilitating the
interview and hiring processes
We then take it a step further, assisting
in the interview process by coordinating
schedules and meetings, keeping all parties
up-to-date on any personal developments,
conducting reference checks upon request,
negotiating a mutually agreeable offer,
and finally closing the applicant on the
advantages of accepting the offer. Whenever
necessary and geographically feasible,
we have picked up applicants at the airport
and personally delivered them to an interview.
